I never had my hair so straight before

She wanted lighter - it was difficult keeping away the orange. Not entirely successful :(

She was happy, though.

A total makover from A-line straight to natural curls

She's still wearing her hair this way!

Short and no fuss

Natural waves work well

My first African-American client - all she wanted was a wash, blow dry and flat iron. She kept saying, "closer," I kept saying, "I'm going to burn you," she kept saying, "I don't care." Took me 4 hours. She was a patient, insistent teacher. I can still see some frizz in front.

A-line and sleek

Her back was naturally curly - a bit of a challenge

It worked!

This young lady came in with 3 shades of blond and red and wanted very light blonde, all one color.

Three process color - with a lot of help from Emmanuel - the results speak for themselves!

Everything good except I should have trimmed those sideburns a bit.

Hair cut and relaxer, if you can believe it. Haircut was okay - relaxer didn't take.

Asked to look like picture from the 70's - and she did!

A real challenge - incredibly thick head of hair!

Looks so good, I begged him to keep his hat off until he went outside, too nice to cover!

Oh, David, you are too handsome!
