Ingredients:
3 lb. Chicken
4 Tablespoons butter
½ cup honey
¼ cup prepared mustard (yellow)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon curry powder
Wash and dry chicken.
Melt butter and add remaining ingredients.
Saute chicken in mixture 5-7 minutes on each side.
If you buy chicken pieces, be sure to buy them with the bone in.
Arrange meaty side up in a single layer with sauce over it. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and glazed. If you are using only breasts, bake at 350 degrees for ½ hour. If mixed white and dark meat, roast dark meat first and put in breasts for last ½ hour.
